1.Use of this website

The content on alirops.com is provided for general information about our services. You may browse the site and use the live demos for their intended purpose: evaluating how our AI systems work. You may not misuse the site or demos, attempt to disrupt or overload them, probe them for vulnerabilities, or use them to send unlawful, abusive or deceptive content.

2.Demo environments are fictional

Our live demos are showcase environments built around fictional businesses, including "Nusajaya Realty" (property) and "Lumina Aesthetic Clinic" (clinic). All listings, properties, prices, treatments, staff names, brochures and other materials in the demos are dummy data created for demonstration purposes. Property images are AI-generated artist's impressions.

• Nothing in a demo is a real property listing, medical service, price, or offer of any kind
• Demo conversations do not create bookings, appointments, or any commitments
• Do not rely on demo content for any decision, and do not submit real personal data, identification numbers, or health information in demo chats

3.AI-generated content

Our demos and products use artificial intelligence to generate responses in real time. AI-generated content can be inaccurate, incomplete or outdated despite our safeguards. Responses from our AI receptionists, on this site or in deployed systems, are provided for convenience and do not constitute professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.

4.Our services

Descriptions of our services on this website, including features, response times and indicative outcomes, are for general information and may change as our products evolve. Any engagement to design, build or maintain a system for your business is governed by the specific terms agreed between us at the time, which prevail over this page.

5.Client services and fair use

Our service plans include generous fair-use messaging for normal business volume. If your usage consistently runs well above your plan's range, we will flag it and help you move to the plan that fits. Your service is never cut off mid-month, and your monthly bill never changes without us agreeing it first. We reserve the right to apply reasonable technical limits where necessary to protect service quality and availability for all clients.

6.Client data ownership

When we build and operate a WhatsApp AI Receptionist for a client business, the customer conversations, leads, and related records captured by that system belong to the client. We process that data only on the client's instructions to deliver the service, and we return or delete it when the engagement ends, subject to any legal retention requirements. Our handling of this data is described further in section 9 of our Privacy Policy.

7.Intellectual property

The AlirOps name, logo, website design, demo systems, and all content we created on this site belong to AlirOps or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or redistribute them for commercial purposes without our written permission. Third-party names and marks, including WhatsApp, Google and Meta, belong to their respective owners; their use here is for identification only and does not imply endorsement or affiliation.

8.Third-party services and links

Our site and services integrate with third-party platforms such as the WhatsApp Business Platform, Google services and analytics providers. We are not responsible for the availability, content or practices of third-party services, which are governed by their own terms.

9.14-Day Setup Guarantee

Your one-time setup fee covers building your AI receptionist on your own listings, calendar, and CRM. You are protected by our 14-day guarantee, starting the day your receptionist goes live.

We will refund your setup fee in full if, within the first 14 days, the system fails at its core job:

• Doesn't reliably reply to inbound WhatsApp enquiries.
• Repeatedly fails to push booked viewings or appointments to your calendar or CRM.
• Repeatedly gives wrong facts that contradict the details you provided, after you have flagged it.

This is a technical performance guarantee. It does not cover low lead volume, unresponsive customers, or leads who do not show up. Refunds apply to the one-time setup fee only, and never the monthly retainer. The guarantee period begins on the go-live date, not the payment date.

10.Disclaimer and limitation of liability

This website and its demos are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, AlirOps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or its demo environments. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11.Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

12.Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13.Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
