How we work
We are not a software tool you learn. We design, build, deploy and maintain the whole system: the AI receptionist, the CRM behind it, the reminders, the escalation to a real person, and the reporting. You provide the information and approve. We handle the rest.

Founder-led, by design
AlirOps is built and run by its founder, Karthikk. There is no sales team and no outsourced support. The person who builds your system is the person you talk to - from your first discovery call to the day-to-day running of your AI receptionist.
That is also why capacity is deliberately limited. Every client system is built, tested and maintained personally, so AlirOps takes on a small number of clients at a time and does the work properly.
